While this isn’t the highest bonus we have ever seen in the card’s history, it just goes a little above its normal offer. It’s a good time to apply for now.

Also, if you spend $40,000 on the card in a calendar year, you’ll receive two global Economy Plus seat upgrades.
The list of credits from grocery delivery to rental cars and hotel reservations is long, but it also reflects the higher annual fee charged by this particular United Quest Card.
But some of these perks will be easier to use than others. In a case where you do not frequent Avis or Budget for car rentals, and see yourself booked using the JSX, those benefits may be more difficult to make the most of them. Cardholders may be more likely to value others, including Instacart credits and the hotel benefit.
All of the above, if you fly United regularly, you’ll appreciate the credits and free checked bags this card offers. Unless you’re looking for United status, then the extra PQPs this card earns will quickly track your progress.

United MileagePlus miles are also used to book flights on United or its partners, including Air Canada, Lufthansa and Singapore Airlines. Other options include booking domestic routes on United for as little as 5,000 miles and using a larger number of miles to fly business class to Asia on All Nippon Airways.

Similarly, you can also pay your miles for non-flight items such as United Club memberships, infight Wi-Fi purchases, TSA PreCheck, car rentals and hotel stays.
Moreover, you can transfer your miles to Marriott Bonvoy but any of these options will save you less from your mileage than the ones you would have used them for booking flights.
TPG’s director of content operations Andrea Rotondo recently earned 6,000 United miles for a one-way economy flight between Frankfurt and Vienna.
Low-cost mile redemptions aren’t just limited to domestic flights; you can also secure fantastic deals on international trips.
Rachel Craft, a travel writer, earned 88,000 United miles for ‘one-way business-class ticket to Antananarivo, Madagascar, from Denver on Ethiopian Airlines’. If she had paid in cash, that flight would have cost her about $9,000 if she was on that plane.
